Shipping + Delivery
Shipping methods for your purchases are determined by types of items ordered. Most items tend to ship China post, ocean freight + UPS, some Lighting ships with delivery by local logistics company (large lighting), and all the items ships with Door-Door Delivery 。 Your cart will reflect the delivery options available for your order.

Our shipping methods are:

Standard Shipping Service: the parcels ship via China post、ocean freight + UPS, delivered Tuesday–Saturday. Typical delivery is 5–8 weeks from shipment date.
Expedited shipping service: the parcels ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, delivered Tuesday–Saturday. Typical delivery takes 1–2 weeks from date of shipment .

We ship to the following countries:

US and Canada
Most items tend to ship Ocean freight + UPS.
The items are transported to Los Angeles by Matson’s cargo ship, and after customs clearance, they are transported to the UPS processing center in Los Angeles.
After UPS picks up the package, it will complete the delivery in the United States within 3-5 days. (except Alaska and Hawaii)
Items in Canada will be transported to Canada for customs clearance after unloading in Los Angeles and delivered to the local UPS in Canada to complete the delivery.
We will update the tracking number for you in advance, and the UPS tracking information will remain in the status of the shipping label creation until the item arrives at the UPS warehouse.
It usually takes 25-35 days from the start of label creation to the completion of item delivery.
For some packages with small weight, we may also use China Post and EMS to deliver the goods

Mexico, Australia and New Zealand
Most items tend to ship Ocean freight + three-party local logistics company.
The items are transported to the local port by cargo ship, and after customs clearance, they are transported to our local cooperative logistics provider for delivery.
Shipping time: 45-65 days

Europe (excluding Iceland)
Most items tend to ship China Post.
Larger packages will use rail transport + UPS/truck logistics provider.
Shipping time: 30-65 days

Asia
We ship to some countries and regions in Asia, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore.

East Asia, Southeast Asia countries and China Taiwan, China Hong Kong
Delivery time: 12-25 days
the Middle East
Delivery time: 45-65 days

We cannot ship to hotels, P.O. boxes or APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations. Please email service@ lebonlighting.com for more information.
In-stock items ship within 1–5 business days.
Order value is calculated before tax. For items that are on sale or discounted, the order value is calculated using the original price.
